India’s star all-rounder Hardik Pandya is not a part of the ongoing T20 tri-series in Sri Lanka. He along with few senior cricketers opted to rest after a gruelling tour to the Rainbow Nation. Meanwhile, KL Rahul and Dinesh Karthik were seen talking about Pandya in the small video for BCCI’s Twitter account.

Meanwhile, BCCI launched a best friend challenge on BCCI.TV, where both the cricketers talked about Pandya. Although the full video is not out yet, it will be funny to watch.

Rahul and Karthik take on Pandya:

The video shows both Rahul and Karthik saying how it has all been so peaceful in Sri Lanka with Pandya not around. Further, Rahul added that he is always looking to grab everyone’s attention. Further, they added that the team is not at all missing him. Rahul also added that it would be a peaceful time next three months with both playing for different teams in the IPL.

Yeah, it is far more relaxed. We are definitely not missing you. Everything is good,” Karthik said. Further, Rahul explained in detail. “It is very peaceful because he (Hardik Pandya) is like a Diva. He wants all the attention. Everybody look at me. Everybody listen to me… We are not interested. We don’t want to, dude,” he added.

Pandya was quick to respond to the video. He watched the clip and gave an adorable reply.

Meanwhile, later Rahul admitted it is always fun being around him for the jokes he cracks. Further, they also revealed that they are missing the young all-rounder.

However, India has had a mixed start in the Nidahas Trophy. They suffered a humiliating loss in the first match against Sri Lanka, however, came back to beat Bangladesh by six wickets.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka will face each other later today at Colombo in the third match of the tournament.
