It seems like social media has become an integral part of every cricketer’s life and they express their feelings and share experiences which they encounter in day to day life. Indian cricketers like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Ravindra Jadeja, Shikhar Dhawan and Hardik Pandya are some of the players who are very active on platforms like Instagram and Twitter. However, Jadeja will take a slight lead from all the players mentioned above and can be said to be one of the most active cricketers on Twitter.
Cricketers meet numerous critics and pundits who appreciate or disparage them for their performances on the field. This time around, Jadeja who met a person received appreciation for his performance in the third Test against Sri Lanka at Feroz Shah Kotla in Delhi. But this recognition didn’t go well with the left arm spinner as the person mistook him as Ajay Jadeja.

This left the Indian cricketer fuming as he took to Twitter to express his feelings about it and wrote, “Someone came to me and said“well ball ajay. you bowled brilliantly in last match”.played 9 years of international cricket for country and still ppl dont remember my name.#stupidity #gavaar”
Jadeja took five wickets in the third Test as Sri Lanka managed to draw the match losing just two wickets on the fifth day. India won the three-match Test series 1-0, and the two teams have now travelled to Dharamshala for the first ODI of the three-match series.
The first ODI will be played on 10th December.
