IPL 2018: Bollywood Celebrities Awestruck as MS Dhoni Finishes Off in Style

‘Vintage’ MS Dhoni was on an offer last night against the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) as Chennai Super Kings (CSK) beat hosts by five wickets in the last-over thriller at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Wednesday (April 25) night.
Batting first, the home team posted a massive 205 runs on the board solely banking on AB de Villiers (68) and Quinton de Kock (53). The South African pair added 103 runs as it set the platform for a huge total.
However, it was a late cameo from Mandeep Singh that ensured Bangalore to cross the 200-run barrier. The Chennai bowlers came back strongly in the later stage of the game – to restrict Virat Kohli-led RCB on 205 in 20 allotted overs.
In reply, Chennai didn’t have a brilliant start as they lost Shane Watson in the first over. However, Ambati Rayadu ensured that they are well on par with the asking rate. Rayadu (82) has been in outstanding touch and proved it once again with the willow.
But it was Dhoni who turned things off for the visitors with a magical knock. He came to the crease as Chennai was reeling at 74 for four in nine overs. Although he started a bit slow but soon picked up the pace.
Meanwhile, Dhoni left nothing which was in his arch and ensured that they match up with the asking rate. Apart from a dropped chance, Dhoni was absolutely stunning as no total looked safe in front of him.
Further, he remained unbeaten on 70 runs from 34 deliveries with seven sixes and a four as CSK cruised to another victory.
The sublime knock from MS Dhoni left everybody in awe and Bollywood celebrities were not lagging behind.
Moreover, they took to social media site Twitter – to express their views after a classical knock.
