IPL 2018: Ambati Rayadu Reveals the Reason Behind his Success for CSK

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) opener, Ambati Rayadu has been enjoying a scintillating form in the ongoing Indian Premier League’s (IPL) edition eleven.

Meanwhile, Rayadu, who changed his base has become an important cog in CSK’s line-up.

Moreover, the 32-year old has looked in sublime touch and his performance serves as a testament to that. So far, Rayudu has donned the Orange Cap with 329 runs at an average of 47 in seven outings.

After donning the Mumbai Indians jersey for years, Rayadu got a chance to showcase his abilities at the top-order. He grabbed the opportunity with both hands scoring runs consistently.

Bit scratchy Suresh Raina didn’t affect the Super Kings as Rayadu fulfilled the void nicely.

Moreover. this stint has also brought Rayadu in contention for a team India spot.

Rayadu reveals the secret –

Rayadu along with Chennai teammates namely Imran Tahir, Shardul Thakur, and Sam Billings recently attended a promotional event.

During the press conference, a journalist asked the secret behind the massive changeover in his batting style.

However, Rayadu was quick to give credit to the team management for giving him the freedom to play. He also revealed that he got a role unlike the previous years, which he is enjoying too much.

“Not too sure that I’ve been taking it further this year. Here I’ve been playing a role given by the team. I’ve got a very different role to what I was doing in the previous years. I’m actually enjoying the freedom I’m getting in terms of batting. I’m happy,” Rayadu said in that event.

Meanwhile, he will have to carry this forward as the tournament is nearing its business end.

The Super Kings will be banking on Rayadu for providing with quickfire starts in the upcoming fixtures.

Moreover, CSK takes on Delhi Daredevils on April 30 (Monday) at the MCA Stadium in Pune, as Ambati Rayudu would like to give a solid start to his side.
