The explosive left-handed batsman Yuvraj Singh has somewhat struggled to score runs owing to his ability in the recently-concluded Twenty20 Syed Mushtaq Ali for the state-side Punjab, but his firm belief had kept him going on which subsequently saw him delivering for Team India when he was at his prime.

Expressing the delight, Yuvraj further remarked his favourite team owner in the form of co-owner for KXIP Preity Zinta, who has already remarked that the return of the local-hero will strengthen the side.

Moreover, Yuvraj hinted that Preity has got a friendly Hazel Keech to go into the long conversations.

“Happy to be back at @lionsdenkxip I guess this year it’s about self-belief and pride! See u punjabiyon also my favourite team owner @realpreityzinta got you a very chatty partner @hazelkeech,” Yuvraj took to the micro-blogging site Twitter.

The 36-year-old Chandigarh-based middle-order batsman, Yuvraj on Saturday, was inducted by the Indian Premier League franchise Kings XI Punjab in the developing squad at the base price of two crores after representing Sunrisers Hyderabad in the past two editions.

Yuvraj was snapped up by Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2016 when the Hyderabad-based outfit registered their maiden title win under David Warner.

In 2015, Yuvraj has been splendid with the bat and a ball as well in the short-paced tournament. He has the knack of picking the wickets at regular intervals.

In overall 120 matches during the Twenty20 professional league, Yuvraj scored 2,587 across ten editions at an average of 25.61.

While reflected on the game plan, Yuvraj reiterated he would love to work alongside his former teammate Virender Sehwag

“@virendersehwag look forward to some great strategies together with the legend!,” Yuvraj wrote in his tweet.

Yuvraj, who has 12 fifties under his belt in the IPL, would be aiming to deliver big for the old-franchise after having a quality experience on his back.

The tweet from the batsman has garnered 2,985 likes and 655 retweets
