Former Australian fast bowler Mitchell Johnson recently pulled out of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) citing personal reasons. Mitchell Johnson was supposed to be a part of the Karachi Kings side in the upcoming PSL.

Since his retirement from international cricket, Johnson has concentrated on the shorter formats and is known to play T20 cricket all over the world. During his prime days, Johnson was a nightmare to the batsmen. He single-handedly destroyed England four years back bagging 37 wickets in a series.

However, since his announcement, he was directed with a lot of hate comments. But Johnson refrained himself from replying to those comments. However, questions over his commitment by a Pakistani fan irked him as he lashed onto her.

The girl tweeted:

“First @MitchJohnson398 showed unprofessional stuff by skipping PSL for the reason he knew before drafts. Now, he doesn’t have heart to listen about it”

This comment did not go well with the fiery fast bowler and he decided to reply to the same. He responded stating that his family comes first and no one has a say in his life. He also said that he will block people as he pleases. Adding to that the Johnson said, he won’t tolerate people abusing him.

“Unprofessional? My family comes first before any cricket, my life my way! I can and will block people that I wish to. I won’t listen to abuse or someone telling me how I should think or act. Thanks for your concern,” the tweet read.

PSL kicks off in Dubai with a game between Peshawar Zalmi and Multan Sultans on February 22.
