The former Pakistan skipper Ramiz Raja was heavily trolled after he decided to praise the standard of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
It is well-known fact that the Indian domestic professional Twenty20 tournament is the best league in the cricketing world. However, Ramiz had to face the heat from the fans after a tweet.
The ex-Pakistan batsman decided to put out a tweet when the defending champions Mumbai Indians locked horns with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
It is known that the best players of the world battle it out in the lucrative league owing to the summer carnival.
Ramiz said in his Tweet that; ‘it a delight for the cricket world to catch Rohit Sharma’s batting while Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers are fielding in the circle in the powerplay overs.’
But, some of the Pakistan fans got offended by the fact and trolled Ramiz that he should better appreciate Pakistan players.
Ramiz added there is some class in the circle as the world-class players battle it out in the tournament.
Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians were able to get off the mark in the ongoing season of the league when they got the better of the Bangalore-based outfit RCB by a margin of 46 runs.
Rohit Sharma played a captain’s knock of 94 runs – to help Mumbai Indians get to a massive total 213 in 20 allotted overs.

Virat Kohli also played a spectacular knock of unbeaten 92 against Indians, but his innings went in vain. To be precise, RCB continues to struggle in the ongoing season.
Owing to the perennial problem, the Bangalore-based franchise is not able to deliver with the ball. They are looking heavily reliant on the shoulders of Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers in particular.
Here is a tweet of Ramiz Raja:
An absolute cricket delight to see Rohit bat and have Kohli and AB De Villiers fight for supremacy in the field.. some class in the 30 range circle ⭕️

Come on guys what's wrong in praising good play. It's fact that IPL has some serious class that PSL misses even the atmosphere on the field
