Sachin Tendulkar Overwhelmed by the Wishes, Thanks Everybody!!

Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar, who is celebrating his 45th birthday today (Tuesday) thanked all his fans and friends for the wishes on social media.

Meanwhile, the wishes started pouring in since the midnight. Fans from all over the world, along with Sachin’s colleagues and friends also took to social media to wish the legend.

Sachin made his debut in international cricket way back in 1989 against Pakistan. Since then he had broken a plethora of records over a span of 24 years.

However, the most precious moment came when he won the ICC World Cup in 2011 under the leadership of MSD.

Before bidding farewell to cricket in 2013, Sachin had scored 15,921 Test runs, and 18,426 ODI runs and numerous other records to his name.

Although he may have retired from all forms of cricket, his service to the nation continues unabated.

Sachin thanked for all the wishes

The immense amount of love and wishes had left Tendulkar in awe, and he subsequently took to Twitter to thank his fans.

Sachin posted a video message for all his well-wishers and informed about his current schedule.

I cannot thank you all enough for sending so much love to me. It really means a lot! Deeply grateful,” Sachin wrote along with the video.

Meanwhile, Sachin is currently associated with the Mumbai Indians side in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL). He is the icon of the team and remains present in all the matches.

So far, Mumbai has won only one game out of the fives they have played. They are yet to find the right combination going for the team.

However, they will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad on April 24 (Tuesday) at the Wankhede Stadium.
