Here’s the detailed schedule of Under-19 World Cup 2018

The Under 19 World Cup 2018 will run through January 13 and February 03 and the ICC’s coveted event will witness around 48 One-day Internationals matches taking place across four different cities and the future stars would further wrestle against each other at seven venues with India placed in Group B alongside Australia, Zimbabwe, and Papua New Guinea.

The tournament is further considered as the steppingstone for the promising cricketers before making it to the national squad while relying on their solid performances.

The eagerly-awaited tournament is bound to spring a surprise or so this time around in New Zealand, as the young blood has a lot on an offer which might impress the respective national team selectors.

It’s pertinent to mention, the Prithvi Shaw-led young colts had reached to New Zealand under the guidance of Rahul Dravid, as India will play their tournament opener against Jason Sangha-led Australia on January 14 at Bay Oval in Mount Maunganui where the final is also scheduled on February 3.

With a lot on the plate, India has to give a hard-fight on the surfaces which has been assisting the pacers traditionally in New Zealand.

While considering the stats, India and Australia claimed the title thrice so far, as the 12th edition of the tournament will be the third edition overall to be held in New Zealand.
