Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh made the most of their stay in Kolkata by catching up with their former teammate Sourav Ganguly.

The India discards are in Kolkata for the ongoing Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy. Both the players are enjoying a brilliant outing in the tournament. Raina, who has not played for India since the T20I series against England almost a year ago, has been at his devastating best.

He scored 126 not out in the first game at the Eden Gardens, leading Uttar Pradesh to a thumping win over home side Bengal before scoring 61 and 56 in the following two games. The southpaw failed to deliver in the narrow three-run loss against Delhi on Thursday (January 25), but his performance in the other games would do his confidence a world of good.

On the other hand, Harbhajan has also impressed with his all-round performance. The veteran off-spinner has picked up three wickets and scored 76 runs. Meanwhile, both Punjab and Uttar Pradesh are in second place in their respective groups.

The return to form would have surely pleased the duo, and their stay in the City of Joy became even more memorable when they were hosted by Ganguly who is also the president of Cricket Association of Bengal. Raina took to Twitter to post a photo of the reunion and wrote:

“Reliving the moments of joy, fun and laughter! Thanks to dada @SGanguly99 for bringing all those great memories back! So good to see you brother @harbhajan_singh after such a long time!????”
