Indian captain Virat Kohli cannot put a foot wrong nowadays, as he recently registered his 11th straight victory in the international circuit.

In the second ODI against Australia, Virat won the toss and decided to bat first on a sluggish wicket but he was the lone batter to score runs on a wicket that was under covers for more than two days due to heavy rainfall the city of joy is suffering from lately.

During the Indian, innings there was an incident when Virat and Kedar Jadhav went for a single of a miss-field from wicket-keeper Matthew Wade, which caught the Australian team by surprise and they started sledging Virat over that incident.

Indian leader though found support from Australia, as former fast bowler Stuart Clark lent his support to Virat Kohli. Speaking to Sky Sports Radio, the former cricketer was quoted by the Herald Sun

“He (Wade) misfielded one. Whether the Indian batsman knew he was injured or not was probably a secondary question.”

Clark even said that, one run is not a big issue that the Australian team currently needs to address.

“It’s one run. Is this the biggest issue this team has got? If I’m Matthew Wade and I’m Marcus Stoinis — and full credit to him for standing up for Matthew Wade — I’d be worrying about my own cricket, rather than all this other stuff. This is piddly crap.”
