The ardent fans would be glued to their screen when the two giants India and Pakistan will face off yet again on Sunday (04th September). India would be slightly happy as now they know Pakistan’s chink in the armour. The Men in Blue at the same time would be aware that Pakistan would be ready for a staggering comeback. The 1st encounter may seem a bit tight, but Indian batters had the game under control.

Pakistan Cricket Team would be upset as their batters were unable to post a formidable total on board on August 28. The batting coach Mohammad Yousuf would be dejected as their batters threw their wickets before bowlers bowled incredibly well. The short ball barrage would once again be used by Indian pacers as they would fancy their chances.

Aaqib Javed on Pakistan Cricket Team

Aaqib Javed pointed out Pakistan’s weakness during the Geo Super debate. “The biggest advantage that India has is Hardik Pandya. Pakistan doesn’t have an all-rounder like that, he is as effective as Abdul Razzaq was for us.”

So, if Pakistan wants to grow in T20Is, they need to find an all-rounder like him very soon. Because in T20Is, it’s all about how many all-rounders you have — like India has Jadeja and Pandya. That’s an advantage for India and that’s the big missing link for Pakistan,” he further said.

Fast bowling is a natural talent. You need height and I think the Punjab belt has some very natural talent in fast bowling. I feel our biggest problem is our batting lineup. If you keep Shoaib Malik and Shan Masood in this team, you will have five batters who can take on the Indian team,” said Aaqib.

Pakistan Line Up Missing Effective All-rounders

Pakistan Cricket Team has got Shadab Khan and Mohammad Nawaz present, but they aren’t that lethal. Faheem Ashraf has been somewhat missing from the Pakistan team. Having a fast bowling allrounder gives the team a 6th bowling option which the Men in Green are missing.

Pakistan Cricket Team will have to be vigilant in completing their allotted 20 overs. Slow over-rates have started to hamper the teams as having 4 players out of the inner circle is quite tough for the bowlers. Both the skippers would like to avoid the same mistake because it’s like gifting runs to the opposition.
