The schedule for the Asia Cup 2022  is out and India vs Pakistan match will be held in Dubai on August 28. India and Pakistan are placed in group A along with one of the qualifying teams. Group B has Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.

Asian Cricket Council chief Jay Shah shared the schedule on his official Twitter handle on August 2, Tuesday. UAE was given the hosting rights for the tournament after it had to be moved out of Sri Lanka due to the latter’s economic crisis.

India, Pakistan, Bangladesh Sri Lanka and Afghanistan are the participating teams in Asia Cup 2022. One among Hong Kong, Kuwait, Singapore or UAE will be the sixth team in the competition. India has also won the most 7 titles out of 12 Asia Cup tournaments. Sri Lanka has won 5 titles while Pakistan accounts for 2 titles.
