Indian Cricket Team is all set to lock horns against Australia on 9th February (Thursday) at Nagpur. There has been a lot of buzz about the Nagpur pitch by Australian cricketers who are demanding a sporting wicket instead of a rank turner which would most likely suit the hosts.
India would be hoping that they have got a great chance heading into the 1st Test match. The visitors have a lot of left-handed batters in the team where Ashwin can easily create havoc. There are chances that Kuldeep Yadav may get a nod over Axar Patel which would deepen their woes.

Sachin Tendulkar on Pitch
Sachin Tendulkar was having an interaction with PTI and was asked about Aussie cricketers complaining about the pitch,
“When you become an international cricketer, you are supposed to play on any kind of surface in the world. Those are the challenges of traveling. When we go to Australia, we don’t expect turners there. We know the nature of the surface is going to be a little bouncy and more pace in it and upfront movement of the seam. So is the case with the Australian team, when they are in India. They know that there will turn and the nature of the surface will be slowish.” said Sachin Tendulkar.

Sachin Tendulkar on Australia
Sachin Tendulkar was asked whether the Aussies would be well prepared for SG balls.
“They (Australia) are prepared for that, they have practiced with SG balls. Every team prepares to the best of their abilities and it is what happens around them amplify but the team is always in a different space compared to what outsiders are thinking. I feel Aussies are prepared to play and face the challenges.” said Sachin Tendulkar.
The mighty Aussies need to take session by session and not think too far as we have seen in Test Cricket, the teams that win sessions win matches. The visitors should play Ashton Agar as their 2nd spinner in place of Mitchell Swepson or Todd Murphy as Agar can create a disturbing angle for the right handed batters.
