The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has taken a massive decision regarding their players’ annual contracts. The board has decided to cut down on players’ salaries due to poor performance in world cricket. The board will sign a new deal with the cricketers soon. The most interesting part is that the players have agreed to sign the deal and their assent has been finalized.

The Bangladesh board has followed this system to improve players’ performance on the field. The Tigers’ players will now be remunerated per match. If a player has high points, he will receive a better salary. If a player underperforms, his salary will be reduced.

Additionally, four points have been added to the players’ name per ODI and three points per Twenty20 till 2017.

According to this system, Mushfiqur Rahim is the player with the highest points.
