Guyana Amazon Warriors will take on St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots in the fifth match of the CPL 2021 on 28th August at Warner Park. Both are coming off a win in their last game. In the first game of the tournament, Guyana Amazon Warriors defeat Trinbago Knight Riders by 9 runs. Batting first, Guyana compiled 142 runs, thanks to a half-century from Shimron Hetmyer. Trinbago Knight Riders managed 133 runs in the second innings, thereby handing Guyana their first win of the season.

St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots also batted first in their opening game against Barbados Royals. Dwayne Bravo scored 47 off 35 balls, while Sherfane Rutherford amassed 53 off 43 balls as the Patriots scored 175 runs in the first innings. Barbados Royals, in reply, managed to score 154 runs in the second innings. Dominic Drakes picked 2 for 13, while Cottrell took 2 for 39 in 4 overs.

Both teams would look to continue the winning momentum when they face each other on Saturday.
