The chief of BCCI’s senior selection panel, Chetan Sharma has found himself on the receiving end of a sensational sting operation conducred by news outlet Zee News.

Chetan Sharma has talked about several controversial topics related to Indian cricket during the sting operation.

One of the topics that the former India bowler talked about is the much-talked about topic of a possible rift between India superstars Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.

The rumours first surfaced during the 2017 Champions Trophy. Even before the tournament began, reports suggested that not all was well between Rohit and Kohli.

The reports stated that the Indian dressing room had been divided into two halves with one supporting Kohli and the other supporting Rohit.

Since then, Rohit and Kohli have refuted the claims several times but the rumours have still persisted. And amidst all these, Chetan Sharma has now spoken about it during the sting operation.

In the moments captured by the spy camera, the former cricketer-turned-chief selector began by stating that there was no batter between the current India skipper and his predecessor. He, however, said that there is a ego between the two stars.

There is no battle between Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma but there is ego. Both are like big film stars you can say, Amitabh Bachan and Dharmendra,” Chetan Sharma said

In other major revelation, Chetan Sharma sensationally claimed that the players are using fake fitness injections and that the BCCI is deliberately overlooking the injected fitness of prominent players.

He also shed light on the.episode of Kohli’s removal as captain of the Indian team last year. Kohli and former BCCI president Sourav Ganguly had made contrasting statements following the latter’s sacking as captain.
