The Ireland bowlers struggled to stop the boundary flow on a flat pitch. Taskin’s triple blow in a single over took away the game from the Irish side.
The equation came down to 31 off the last over. Taskin dismissed Tector in the first delivery to complete his four-wicket haul and conceded just nine runs off the final over. Ireland will look to bounce back in the second T20I and level the series 1-1.

Litton Das: The wicketkeeper-batsman looks to be in great touch. He was the leading run-getter in the ODI series, scoring 146 runs in just 3 innings at an average of 73.00. In the last game, he scored a quick-fire 47 runs off just 23 balls.
Hasan Mahmud: The 23-year-old right-arm medium pacer has been impressive so far in his career, bowling tight line and lengths. The pacer claimed a career-best bowling figure of 5-32 in the 3rd ODI and was adjudged the player of the match. In the first T20I, he finished with the figures of 2-0-20-1.

Graham Hume: The Irish right-arm medium-fast was the standout bowler for his side in the ODI series. He bowled good lines and lengths, picking up 7 wickets at an economy rate of 5.9. He looked good in the first T20I as well. He picked one wicket at an economy rate of 8.5.
Paul Stirling: The Irish opener and stand-in skipper for this series is known for his power hitting at the top of the order. On his day he can demolish any bowling attack. He has scored 3120 runs in 120 innings he played and has vast experience playing T20 cricket all around the globe.
