Sanju Samson
Sanju Samson is part of the squad as a wicket-keeper. However, Ishan Kishan is also present as another wicket-keeper for the Sri Lanka T20I series. If we compare their last appearances of both the wicketkeeper-batsmen for the national side, Sanju Samson failed to perform well during the T20I series against Australia last year.
On the other hand, Ishant Kishan made an astonishing batting show in his T20I debut in March this year with a fifty against England. Therefore, Ishant Kishan is more expected to get a chance in the T20I series against Sri Lanka. As a result, Sanju Samson might have to warm the bench during India vs Sri Lanka T20I series.
