England Likely To Tour Pakistan For A Marathon 7-Match T20I Series In September - Reports

England men’s team could well be on the verge of touring Pakistan later this year in September for a 7-match T20I series as part of the preparation for the T20 World Cup in Australia.
Eoin Morgan and co. were scheduled to tour Pakistan last year but the ECB revealed that bubble fatigue for the players forced them to call off the matches.
This time around, reports in the Pakistani media emerged which revealed that the two powerful T20I teams will fight it out in a marathon seven game-series starting from September 15.
A special committee has also been formed by both the national boards to organize the tour and settle any issues that might be a factor, including the security arrangements.
PCB chairman met British High Commissioner to set up England-Pakistan series
Additionally, PCB chairman, Ramiz Raja, is also working on finalizing the details of the tour, having met British High Commissioner, Christian Turner, earlier this month.
After the T20I series and the T20 World Cup, England is also set to return for a massive 3-match Test series. While the preferred stadiums haven’t been revealed as of yet, the English are keen on playing at the Pindi Stadium due to better security arrangements.

Meanwhile, the English are on a tear in the white-ball format, having recently beaten their own world record ODI score against The Netherlands. On the back of centuries from Philip Salt, Dawid Malan, and Jos Buttler, England posted 498/4 in their allotted 50 overs.
They have taken a 2-0 lead in the 3-match ODI series after securing victory in the second ODI. They managed to chase down 239/4 in 36 overs, with twin fifties from openers, Jason Roy and Salt.
