Cricketers are currently on a marrying spree, and the latest addition to it is the Indian National Cricket team fast bowler Siddharth Kaul. The pacer from Punjab has tied the knot with Harsimran Kaur, earlier today.

Meanwhile, Kaul was a part of the India team for the first two one-dayers against Australia. However, he didn’t find a place in the playing XI as the management gave a nod to Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami. But the selectors didn’t give Siddharth Kaul a place in the last three matches as Bhuvnesh Kumar returned to the 15-member squad. This shows signs that the seamer will not be a part of the ICC World Cup squad in England and Wales starting from May 30. The men in blues will begin their campaign against South Africa from June 5.

Former India cricketer, RP Singh has backed Siddharth Kaul to be a part of India’s World Cup squad. It’s important to point out that Kaul hasn’t played enough One-day International fixtures on the international level. Since June 2018, the 28-year-old Hyderabad bowler Kaul has featured in three ODIs and as many Twenty20 International. In the T20I fold, he went on to bag four scalps but has gone done wicketless in the day-long format. He has sent down 162 deliveries to concede 179 runs at an economy of 6.62.

Although he has had a tough time in the cricket field, Siddharth Kaul is currently on cloud nine on his personal life. He recently married to the life of his girl, Harsimran Kaul. While the whereabouts the marriage is still unknown, we from Cricket Addictor wish them a happy married life.

Meanwhile, the pacer will be next in action in the Indian Premier League. Siddharth Kaul will ply his trade for the Sunrisers Hyderabad and will shape their chances of going forward in the tournament.
