After witnessing a washout in the opening T20I clash, India and South Africa are set to collide with each other in the 2nd T20I. India vs South Africa 2nd T20I is scheduled to be played on Tuesday, December 12 at St George’s Park in Gqeberha. Suryakumar Yadav leads a young Indian side against the Proteas in the India vs South Africa T20I series. Youngsters like Ruturaj Gaikwad, Rinku Singh, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Tilak Varma, Jitesh Sharma, Arshdeep Singh, and Ravi Bishnoi are part of the squad.

Some Indian players like Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, and Mohammed Siraj are back on the team after the ICC World Cup 2023. Shreyas Iyer, Ishan Kishan, and Washington Sundar are other experienced players in the Indian squad.

Aiden Markram is the captain of South Africa in the India vs South Africa T20I series. Some senior members like Temba Bavuma, Quinton de Kock, and Kagiso Rabada are absent from their squad for the T20I series. However, David Miller, Reeza Hendricks, Andile Phehlukwayo,
Heinrich Klaasen, Keshav Maharaj, and Tabraiz Shamsi are a few experienced members of the home side.
