Delhi Capitals (DC) and Mumbai Indians (MI) will take on each other at MA Chidambaram Stadium (Chepauk, Chennai) this Tuesday (20th April) night during the 13th match of the IPL 2021.
It will be the fourth match for both these teams in this IPL 2021. After their first three matches of this IPL season, both these teams have won two games each while they have also suffered one defeat each.

Opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan is currently in outstanding form with the bat as he is the Orange Cap holder after scoring 186 runs in three games of the IPL 2021 where he played the match-winning knocks of 85 and 92 runs. The five-time IPL winners and defending champions Mumbai Indians lost the tournament opener against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by two wickets in the last-ball thriller but then beat Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) by 10 runs and 13 runs respectively.
Mumbai Indians batsmen are really struggling in the tough Chennai pitches. After their first three matches in this IPL 2021, only Suryakumar Yadav has managed to hit a fifty while skipper Rohit Sharma, Australian cricketer Chris Lynn and South African cricketer Quinton de Kock have played one 40+ knock each. While Mumbai Indians middle-order batsmen struggled in the first two games of this season, Caribbean star Kieron Pollard played a crucial knock of 35 not out off 22 balls in their last game.
Among Mumbai Indians bowlers, young leg-spinner Rahul Chahar has got seven wickets as his bowling was their crucial reason for their victories in the last two matches. Also, the New Zealand left-arm pacer Trent Boult has already bagged six wickets while Jasprit Bumrah and Krunal Pandya both have got three wickets each.
