Swashbuckling India wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant just keeps finding new ways to gobsmack cricket fans.
Whether it’s his fearless flamboyant approach while batting or his non-stop hilarious commentary behind the stumps or the unique names that he chooses to call his teammates, Rishabh Pant is out-and-out box-office.
Pant has a penchant to do out-of-the-box stuff. And, he showed another glimpse of it during the first morning of the second Test between England and India at Lord’s.
Rishabh Pant was spotted doing his wicketkeeper drills with the English slip cordon.

Meanwhile, it has been a pretty frustrating day at Lord’s thus far thanks to the unpredictable English weather.
Once again the toss and start of play was delayed due to persistent drizzle but when it did clear out, we saw batting of the highest class from the Indian opening duo of Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul in what were pretty hostile conditions.
Sharma and KL Rahul were largely extremely disciplined as they left the ball brilliantly outside the off-stump while cashing in on anything that was wide or on their legs.
India had moved on to 0/46 in 18.4 overs when another spell of showers causes a delay before the umpires decided to take an early Lunch.
