The Mumbai Indians players like Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah have paid tribute to Lasith Malinga who recently announced his retirement from Franchise cricket. Lasith Malinga who has been a match-winner for the Mumbai Indians team for a long time now from the inaugural edition of the IPL will be moving on from his services to any franchise team.

Lasith Malinga is one of the best bowlers the world has ever seen and he is a dangerous bowler at any stage of the game. He was the go-to bowler for the Mumbai Indians and with his slinging action, he is really tough to go after for the batsman.

He nails the yorker to perfection at crucial stages and has won a lot of games with his death bowling. His last delivery in the IPL in 2019 yielded the victory for Mumbai Indians in the final against CSK.
