Sri Lanka vs South Africa Live- When And Where To Watch Sri Lanka vs South Africa Live Match In Your Country? South Africa won the second T20 international against Sri Lanka by 9 wickets on Sunday at R Premadasa Stadium. The victory has ensured them a series win as they now lead 2-0 in the series, with one game left to be played. For the unversed, South Africa took the early lead in the series after winning the first match by 28 runs.

The second game saw Sri Lanka bat first and get themselves bundle out for just 103 runs. Kusal Perera and B Rajapaksa got the team to a great start in the first six overs. Sri Lanka were 52 for 2 after the powerplay. However, despite that, they couldn’t go on to post a competitive score on the board. Rajapaksa got out after a pleasant-looking 13-ball 20-run cameo in the fifth over.

South Africa applied spin from both ends after the powerplay overs and Sri Lanka were undone completely. Tabraiz Shamsi, once again, starred with the ball. He accounted for the wickets of Dhananjaya de Silva (4 off 6), Karunaratne (8 off 12), and Shanaka (10 off 8). Aiden Markram, who also completed his full quota of overs, ended with 3 wickets for just 21 runs.

Kusal Perera, who came back into the side after recovering from Covid, top-scored, for the team. He made 30 off 25 but would be disappointed to not have played till the end and guide the team to a respectable total. South Africa chased 103 runs quite comfortably, thanks to another masterclass knock from Quinton de Knock.

The southpaw played some fine shots during his 58-run off 48 balls. Aiden Markram (21 off 19) and Reeza Hendricks (18 off 19) gave De Kock good company while playing as second fiddles.
