The former Indian skipper scored 18,575 runs in his career, which spanned from 1992 to 2008. The left-handed batsman smashed 38 centuries and 107 half-centuries and had an average of 41.46.

In 155 Test innings, he has smashed 7547 runs at an average of 52.40, while hitting 27 centuries and 25 half-centuries. The former Indian batting legend is the highest run-scorer in international cricket with 34,357 runs at an average of 48.52. Tendulkar also smashed 100 centuries and 164 half-centuries in his career. The right-handed batsman played 200 Tests, 463 ODIs, and 1 T20I for India from 1989 to 2013.

Tendulkar scored 15,921 runs in 329 Test innings at an average of 53.78. He also smashed 51 centuries and 68 half-centuries in Tests. In 452 innings in ODIs, he scored 18,426 runs at an average of 44.83 with 49 hundreds and 96 fifties. In his only T20I game, h scored 10 runs.
