Indian cricketers visiting temples across different cities in India has never been a rare sight, and especially Virat Kohli has always shown his spiritual side while attending spiritual sessions of 'Babar' and worshipping at temples with family.
Virat Kohli's latest tours have been different from what they used to be until he announced his retirement from Test cricket. Even when he played for RCB in the IPL 2025, he had his wife, Anushka Sharma, alongside him, cheering from the dugout.
However, both Kohli and his Bollywood actress wife have maintained a very low profile and evaded too much focus on their personal lives ever since they moved to a secluded life in London. Kohli had even expressed that he doesn't want their stardom to hit their children too early.

Over and over again, it has been proven that the most dynamic and stylish Indian cricketer is a complete family man. Be it standing up for this family to a life of seclusion in a foreign nation, Kohli has chosen it all.
On his return to the ODI series in Australia, he had even expressed that he feels much fresher after having spent much of his quality time with his family. The duo has undoubtedly been one of the most loved couples over the years.
Kohli, who has always had a spiritual half, was recently spotted at Visakhapatnam's Simhachalam Devasthanam Temple the next morning after India won the series in the city. He was spotted alone alongside security to seek the blessings of the Lord.

Virat Kohli became the second cricketer to cross 14500 ODI runs
The Indian right-hander has completed over 300 games in One-Day international cricket and has scored 14557 runs, which makes him only the second batter in ODIs to have crossed the mark after former Indian batter Sachin Tendulkar.
With nearly 4000 runs behind, Kohli might not be chasing the run tally of the great Sachin Tendulkar, but as the second-highest run-scorer in ODI cricket, he has worked wonders with a career strike rate of 58+ despite having an illustrious career.
He also has the most hundreds in a single format of international cricket, with 53 hundreds in ODIs alone. He is also second to Tendulkar's record of 100 international centuries across a format and also the second-highest run-getter in World cricket, with all formats combined.
Rohit Sharma is nearing the former Legends ODI record
Virat Kohli, who has played in two formats of white-ball cricket, has hence gone past Sachin Tendulkar's record of most runs in white-ball cricket and is followed by Rohit Sharma.
Rohit Sharma, who also has 4000+ T20I runs and 11500+ runs in ODI cricket, is only behind Kumar Sangakkara, Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli in the highest run-getters list in limited-overs cricket.
Moreover, Rohit in ODIs is nearing the run tally of former South African legend Jacques Kallis, who has 63 more runs than Rohit's current tally. The next on Rohit's list would also be Pakistan's former captain, Inzamam-ul-Haq.
