The lower-order getting runs in a good sign for the African nation ahead of the T20 World Cup. Their bowlers then did a good job of restricting an inexperienced Bangladeshi batting line-up to 188/6 and won the game by 17 runs.Â
“We thought 170-180 would be okay. Had a good start. I wanted to carry on and take it from there. Didn’t think it was a 206 wicket. There were couple of instances where the ball stayed low. A bit two-paced. After those scary moments with a couple of surgeries, nothing bothers me now” said Raza.Â
This side also has a few new names in between some experienced players like Sikandar Raza and Sean Williams. Tendai Chatara and Blessing Muzarabani have been ruled out with injuries from the white-ball series.Â
