Imtiaz Ahmed is one of the members, who played in the first-ever Test of Pakistan in Delhi against India. Coming to a particular game, Imtiaz, who came to bat at the number eight when the team was struggling with 111/6 on the board, scored a remarkable double century with the help of 28 boundaries.
He partnered with Waqar Hasan to stitch 308 runs for the seventh wicket. Following the double century, he got the promotion to bat at number 3 while chasing 116 runs but unfortunately, failed to open his account.
