After lashing out against the trolls aimed at him in the ongoing season of IPL, Bengal fast-bowler Ashok Dinda has now hit out at Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). While the Bengal star is not playing this season after failing to find a buyer, he has not been spared by many on social media. Every time a bowler has had an off day, many a cricket fans have used Ashok Dinda’s name to take a dig at the player.

But things became serious when Royal Challengers Bangalore themselves got involved in the nasty troll game. Earlier this week,  Royal Challengers Bangalore did the same after Umesh Yadav defended 27 runs in the final over against Kings XI Punjab.  After the game, Royal Challengers Bangalore, in a tweet, shared Umesh’ photo with the caption: “Dinda academy? What’s that?” It was a shocking gesture from the franchise as Dinda had also represented them in the past.

Unsurprisingly, the franchise received a lot of flak from the fans and soon deleted the tweet. However, the damage was already done.

Soon, Dinda had lashed out at trolls.  The former India star had posted a screenshot of his stats while making it clear that he was not at all pleased with the trolls and rightly so. In another post on social media, he clarified his statement while warning the trolls to keep his family out of the troll game.

And on Sunday, Ashok Dinda vented his frustration again as he questioned Royal Challengers Bangalore’s gesture.  Reminding the franchise that he has been one of their decent bowlers, he said that the franchise is answerable. Posting a picture of his statement while tagging the likes of Virat Kohli, Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers, Dinda wrote.

“I personally have no hard feelings for anyone and have always had a fondness for the team for legends like ⁦⁦⁦@imVkohli⁩ , ⁦@ABdeVilliers17⁩ , ⁦@henrygayle⁩ and also since I had once called it home. You are surely answerable ⁦@RCBTweets⁩.”
