The tournament has given the pure entertainment for the fans with enough twists. It all started with Lasith Malinga’s grand spell followed by Mushfiqur Rahim’s brilliance. Then Afghanistan sent Islanders back to home, and Hong Kong made life tough for India.

However, the big twist came when Pakistan, the favourites to win the trophy got knocked out even before entering the final of the tournament. Indian fans revenge nerves for ICC Champions Trophy 2017 has also been settled as well.

All in all, it was a great tournament for all the teams apart from Sri Lanka and Pakistan. Meanwhile, it has been a blessing in disguise for Sri Lanka and Pakistan, as they got the chance to rectify their mistakes ahead of 2019 World Cup.
