India’s middle-order batsman Kedar Jadhav was seen enjoying himself with his teammates. Jadhav was seen dancing at the team hotel. However, Kedar Jadhav was not part of the playing XI in the first ODI against Australia. In fact, Jadhav has had his issues with injuries in the recent past. Meanwhile, Kedar Jadhav is a handy spin option for the Indian team.

Kedar Jadhav has bowled with great success in recent times. Jadhav doesn’t let the batsmen off the hook as he bowls with a low-arm action. In fact, the spinner is highly accurate with his bowling and hardly gives any looseners to the batsman. He has taken 22 wickets in 26 innings and gives his runs at an economy of 4.86, which is really impressive in the 50-overs format.

Jadhav likes to enjoy off the field.

Jadhav has thus far scored 884 runs in 31 innings in the ODI format. He has a healthy average of 42.9 and scores his runs at a strike rate of 107.9. Furthermore, he has scored three fifties and two centuries for the Men in Blue.

Jadhav had scored a fine hundred while playing against England and it was his best innings thus far at the topmost level. Meanwhile, Kedar Jadhav will look to get his chance in the second ODI against Australia. The hosts lead the three-match series by 1-0. The second ODI will take place at Adelaide Oval on January 15.

On the other hand, Australia had won the first match by 34 runs as Rohit Sharma’s brilliance with the bat went in vain. The right-hander scored his 22nd ODI hundred but it was not enough for the Indian team.

Jhye Richardson was the star of the show for Australia as the youngster scalped four wickets and gave away only 26 runs in his 10 overs quota.
