Bowlers provided some brilliant support

Jasprit Bumrah was the pick of the bowlers who bagged six wickets to his name. With six wickets in the first innings of the Boxing Day Test in Melbourne against Australia, Bumrah set up the new record in Indian cricket.

Furthermore, Jasprit Bumrah finished with a career-best figure of 6 for 33. He picked up the wickets of Marcus Harris, Shaun Marsh, Travis Head, Tim Paine, Nathan Lyon, and Josh Hazlewood.

Australian pacer Mitchel Johnson seemed exceptionally pleased with India after putting up a great show at MCG. He also applauded the young bowler Bumarah who registered his third five-wicket haul in Test cricket and a 6-wicket haul overall in the Boxing Day Test.
