”The Australia Test series will be the making of Prithvi Shaw. It’s great that he’ll go there with his confidence very high and surely he will be looking forward to whatever the Aussies have to offer. It won’t be easy though. The pitches will have a lot more bounce and pace there than what Prithvi has faced at Rajkot and Hyderabad,” Murali Karthik quoted.

”The bowling quality too will be of a different calibre. Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood and Pat Cummins, if they’re fit, are a potent bunch in home conditions and they will make life very difficult for all the Indian batsmen, including Prithvi,” he added to his lines.

However, as Murali Karthik said, the success of Prithvi Shaw in Australia will open a page in the great stories of Indian cricket. Currently, Shaw is recovering from the injury, which he sustained during the Deodhar Trophy 2018.
