Team India head coach Ravi Shastri has come under the scanner constantly for his side’s poor show in the overseas tours ever since he took over the baton from Anil Kumble. However, he has continued with his job and didn’t buy a percent of the criticisms. He has been a trending topic on social media and once again he made headlines on social media for his comments on the recently concluded first Test between India and Australia which saw an exciting finish.
The Aussies put up a brilliant rearguard today, with their final six wickets making India earn every bit of their success. The hosts gave away nothing easily. And through sheer grit and perseverance, right until the last pair, they made the visitors sweat. But credit to India too, for keeping their nerves towards the end when they could’ve easily lost the plot in the face of building tension.
The lower-order came in hard to the Indians before Ravichandran Ashwin’s late strike handed India a 31-run win. As a result, the visitor’s went 1-0 up in the four-match Test series at the Adelaide Oval. Following India’s win, Ravi Shastri while speaking to Sony, admitted that any outcome of the Test was possible.
“Sach bole to Goti muh mein aa gaye the (To be honest, we almost had balls in our mouth),” he surprised everyone in the studio back in India.
The hilarious statement from Ravi Shastri also left the social media as they once again started trolling the Indian coach.

I mean if this is even allowed? Just shows how much backing Shastri has from Kohli. Any other coach would haveeb summarily dismissed for such crass language

Iska bhanda bhi Kohli pe phod de, harami. Tu loser hai, uska blame bhi de de Kohli ko.
