Babar Azam is one of the most talented batsmen of the modern-day cricket and has been a vital cog in Pakistan’s batting. He is one of the main reasons Pakistan occupy the top spot in the ICC T20I Rankings for teams. Meanwhile, Babar is also the No. 1 T20I batsman in the ICC Rankings.

The top-order batsman who had a great year in 2018 continued his form this year as well leading Pakistan’s batting from the front. Babar Azam finished with 374 runs from ten games including four fifties which proves his dominance in this format of the game. With his ability to score runs consistently, Babar will feature in the best T20I XI of the year 2019.
