'Bhai Cake Kidhar Hai': Rohit Sharma Posts Hilarious Message For MS Dhoni On His Birthday

Rohit Sharma just cannot stop winning hearts in the ongoing World Cup. It does not matter whether he is playing on the field, interacting with the media or posting any message on social media, Rohit Sharma is just hitting everything out of the park. With the bat, he has set the ongoing World Cup on fire. The India opener has looked almost invincible in the tournament so far.

5 centuries and one fifty in just eight games is a testament of that. On Saturday, Rohit Sharma slammed his fifth century of the competition and third in a row to help India thrash Sri Lanka by seven wickets. Rohit Sharma scored 103 while his fellow opener KL Rahul scored 111 as India chased down 264 inside 44 overs by losing just three wickets.

The century helped Rohit Sharma become the first player to score five tons in a single edition of the World Cup. He also became the first Indian after the legendary Sachin Tendulkar to score more than 600 runs in a single edition of the World Cup.

And as if his unbelievable exploits with the bat are not enough, he is giving his millions of fans more to cheer about with his hilarious reactions in press-conferences. On Saturday, he came up with an absolute gem of a reply after a journalist asked him about the team’s plans for MS Dhoni’s birthday. Dhoni turned 38 on Sunday and Rohit delivered another gem of a message on Twitter.

The right-handed batsman posted a hilarious line on his social media account, writing:

“Arey bhai cake kidhar hai ? Best wishes on your birthday @msdhoni ? (Translation: Where is the cake mate?)”

India, meanwhile, have finished the group stage at the top of the points table. They will take on New Zealand in the semifinal on Tuesday (July 2).
