Board Presidents XI ended Day one scoring 360 for six at the end of 90 overs and Windies started of their Day 2 with a fresh opening and the match ended in a draw. Earlier in the Day, Board Presidents XI played tremendously well and posted a score of 360 runs. However, they couldn’t start their innings in a good note. However, the middle order batsman played brilliantly.

Ankeet Bawne who is already in great form scored a massive hundred. Windies spinner Devendra Bishoo did a great job with the red ball and picked up three wickets to his name.

Mayank Agarwal who was playing the Vijay Hazare Trophy has been called for the tour and he showed some power with the bat scoring vital 90 runs in the top order. Later, Shreyas Iyer added valuable 61 runs along with Ankeet Bawne to make decent total.

However, Windies started their day on a good note as they put a partnership of 105 runs for the first wicket. Later, middle-order batsman Sunil Ambris scored a brilliant century. Board President’s XI bowler Avesh Khan bowled brilliantly and bagged four wickets. Meanwhile, there was also a great knock from the wicket-keeper batsman, Shane Dowrich. He scored 69-ball 65 smashing nine boundaries and a six.

The opening duo of Windies, Kraigg Brathwaite and Kieran Powell played exceptionally well. The visitor’s openers tested their temperament. Subsequently, they put them off the field to give chance to the other players. Moreover, Board Presidents XI bowler Saurabh Kumar and Jalaj Saxena bowled 29 and 21 overs respectively in a day.

They bowled some brilliant deliveries and Saurabh picked up the wicket of dangerman Shai Hope. Moreover, there were many players who played recently in the CPL 2018 and they are in good form. The match ended in a draw where the two teams played excellent cricket and tested their nerves.
