The swashbuckling Kiwi cricketer, Brendon McCullum is celebrating his 37th birthday on Thursday. Perhaps, Brendon McCullum could be the only player who doesn’t have any haters as far as his attitude and style of play is concerned. Meanwhile, he received the similar accolades from Sachin Tendulkar on his birthday.

The former skipper of New Zealand, Brendon McCullum is widely regarded for his aggressive captaincy and the stylish strokeplay at the top of the order. He acquired fans across the world for his heroics with the willow.

In his tweet, Sachin Tendulkar quoted saying Brendon McCullum is the dangerous contender on the field and also the player who played the game in right spirits. He finished showering blessings on McCullum and wished him a happy year ahead.

His tweet read ”Happy Birthday, Brendon Mccullum! You’ve not only been a fierce competitor, but also a true gentleman. Wishing you a great year ahead.” Meanwhile, McCullum replied quoting ”Thank you Sir Sachin.”

On the work front:

The birthday boy, McCullum is very busy playing the franchise cricket across the globe. Recently, he finished his stint with Trinbago Knight Riders in the CPL 2018 where he ended up being the top run-scorer for the team.

Coming to Sachin Tendulkar, he is pretty much busy in his business. He serves as the Raya Sabha member and is enjoying the post-retirement life with his family. He also started many charity foundations to give it back for his country.
