This might be the funniest Chris Gayle clip you will see this year. The West Indies superstar is known for his humorous nature. It does not matter whether he is on the field or off it, Chris Gayle just manages to find out a way to leave others in stitches. And recently, he was up to his old tricks again.

On Sunday, Chris Gayle was trying his hand at speaking Hindi. The left-handed batsman was trying hard to make sure that he aces the sentence in Hindi. And he was receiving help from none other than legendary batsman Yuvraj Singh. In an Instagram video shared by Yuvraj Singh, Chris Gayle can be seen having fun with his Hindi diction even as Yuvraj Singh prompts the lines from behind.

“Confidence meraaaa ! Kabar banegi teri (With my confidence, I will dig your graveyard),” Chris Gayle said but messed up towards the end, leaving everyone including himself in stitches.

Here is that clip posted by Yuvraj Singh:

Chris Gayle would have been seen in action soon in India in the Indian Premier League (IPL). However, the league has been suspended till April 15 in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak. The former Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore star would ply his trade for Kings XI Punjab in the upcoming season.

He was last seen in action during this year’s Bangladesh Premier League. As far as his international career is concerned, he has not played for West Indies since the home series against India in August last year. The legendary batsman is expected to be a part of the West Indies side for this year’s T20 World Cup in Australia.

Meanwhile, BCCI president Sourav Ganguly has confirmed that the IPL will be truncated if it starts.

“It will happen, because if it is April 15, then, in any case, 15 days are gone, it has to be truncated. How truncated, how many games, I can’t say at the moment,” Ganguly told reports on Saturday.
