Delhi Capitals Unveil New Jersey For IPL 2020

Delhi Capitals have unveiled their brand new jersey for IPL 2020. The lucrative tournament, in UAE, is set to get underway from September 19, with a final schedule still to be released. A much improved Delhi Capitals franchise have taken on the nets in anticipation of the lucrative tournament and will look to better their performances.

Delhi Capitals will also hope that the new jersey will add to their fortunes. The new jersey, maintained their regular blue colour, with three tiger faces watermarked in the centre. The logo of the main sponsors is up on it with the sleeves carrying the logo of their various other sponsors.

Delhi Capitals have begun their preparation for the IPL 2020 in full flow. Under the coaching of Ricky Ponting, the side reached the playoffs in the previous season, for the first time in seven years and will further look to add to their momentum.

Ricky Ponting is an extraordinary mind to have in the dressing room. Delhi Capitals players are reaping benefits from his time at the franchise as head coach. His impact on the team has also been quick as Delhi Capitals.

The franchise CEO Dhiraj Malhotra said Ponting is an inspirational figure and a motivating person to be around. He also added that Ponting starts the training with a small speech which gives goosebumps to everyone.

DC have Shreyas Iyer leading fellow youngsters like Prithvi Shaw and Rishabh Pant in their ranks. Senior India opener Shikhar Dhawan only adds to the experience of their squad. They will also be bolstered with the presence of premier India spinner Ravichandran Ashwin in the upcoming season of IPL.
