India are currently leading the five-match ODI series 3-0, as they sealed the series with a five-wicket win at Holkar stadium in Indore on Sunday (24th September).

Australia have shown some fight but have failed to capitalize on crunch situations, which is why the scoreline is in favour of the hosts.

After the series loss, former Australian cricketer, Rodney Hogg accused Steve Smith and said he preferred friends over potential candidates in the final XI.

Whereas, another former Australian (World Cup winning captain) Michael Clarke, who is currently enjoying commentary stint with Star Sports network has some suggestions for the visitors on how they should go about their work in the last two games.

One of the best tacticians in cricket history, Clarke has urged the wounded Kangaroo team to go out on the field with a positive mindset and enjoy the game.

“Australia’s intensity and attitude needs to change… they need to get an impressive approach for the whole one-hundred overs,” Clarke said in his video interview for Viktre.

Clarke wants the visitors to put in hard-yards in order to compete with the number team in the world in their own backyard.

“Get out there put your balls on the line – go a hundred miles an hour and take it to India. That’s how this Australian one-day team plays their best cricket,” He said.

The world cup winning captain said, that he wants to see the explosive batsman, David Warner to be involved in the game a bit more and put in that much extra effort with the bat and in the field.

“I want to [see] that impressive David Warner with both bat and in the field. I want to see him in the game. I want to see that aggressive Warner that everybody knows — to come out and really set the tone for Australia. Clarke added.

Here’s Michael Clarke’s Playing XI for Fourth and Fifth ODIs: Aaron Finch, David Warner, Glenn Maxwell, Steven Smith, Travis Head, Marcus Stoinis, Matthew Wade, James Faulkner, Pat Cummins, Nathan Coulter-Nile and Adam Zampa.
