Hardik Pandya Gives a Fitting Reply to KL Rahul's Birthday Wish

Hardik Pandya gave a fitting reply to his teammate KL Rahul’s birthday wish. Pandya had celebrated his 25th birthday on 11th October. Thus, Rahul had wished Pandya on Twitter. In fact, Rahul had cautioned Pandya to not party too hard. Subsequently, Pandya said that he is officially grown up as he has crossed the age of 25 years.

Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul share a great bonhomie with each other. In fact, both the players had exchanged their jersey in an IPL match of the 2018 season. Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya is currently recuperating from acute back injury which he suffered while bowling in the match against Pakistan in the Asia Cup.

Pandya had looked in considerable pain as he was taken off the field by a help of a stretcher. Thus, Pandya had to miss the ongoing Test series due to the same. In fact, he could not make his place in the ODI squad for the first two One-Dayers against the Windies.

On the other hand, KL Rahul is going through a lean patch. Rahul had scored a fine 149 in the fifth and final Test match at the Oval against England. However, Rahul could not continue with his good touch in the ongoing Test series against the Windies.

Rahul could not trouble the scorers in the first Test match whereas he scored only four runs from 25 balls in the first innings of the second Test match. Thus, Rahul has been tentative in his stroke play.
