Hardik Pandya Hits The Training Ground Alongside Jasprit Bumrah And Krunal Pandya

Team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya has begun his training in a bid to regain his fitness and resume playing cricket. He underwent a surgery in London recently, and it has only been a few days he has started his outdoor training. On November 28 (Thursday), Pandya took to social media site Twitter to post an image of his training to show that he is on the right track in his recovery.

The young cricketer from Baroda has had problems with his back quite a few times only in this short period of an international career. Hardik Pandya complained of back problems during the ICC World Cup 2019 in England, and the selectors gave him adequate rest before he returned for the T20I series against South Africa. Onto his third match, Pandya again complained of a back spasm, and BCCI’s medical unit advised him to undergo a surgery.

Hardik Pandya resumes training

As a result, the dynamic all-rounder went to London to have his operation done. After training for some days in the gym, Hardik Pandya has finally hit the outdoors resuming some fitness drills and strengthing sessions. While earlier it was seen that he did some running alone, Pandya posted a picture of today’s training session where he spent time with Jasprit Bumrah and Krunal Pandya.

While Bumrah is also recovering from an injury, Krunal has been left out of the squad for the West Indies series. He will have to work hard to make his back into the team considering the ICC T20 World Cup 2020 in less than a year.
