All-rounder Hardik Pandya has had an excellent year on personal and career front. Returning to cricket after undergoing a surgery for his injury, Pandya lifted the IPL 2020 title with Mumbai Indians after beating Delhi Capitals in final. He was also blessed with his first child – Agastya – earlier this year.

Mumbai Indians have looked like a complete unit over the years. The formidable line-up consists of Rohit Sharma and Quinton de Kock at top of the order with Suryakumar Yadav strengthening the top-order. All-rounders Kieron Pollard and Hardik Pandya are among the finest across the globe and fast bowlers like Jasprit Bumrah, Trent Boult only make the side stronger.

This one’s for you, Agastya: Hardik Pandya

Hardik Pandya took to Twitter to share a picture with the IPL 2020 title and mentioned that he is dedicating it to his newborn son Agastya. The all-rounder, who has also been an integral part for Mumbai Indians over the years, said that he loves the team. “This one’s for you, Agastya. Love this team”

Mumbai Indians extended their record as they clinched their fifth title in IPL 2020 with a win over Delhi Capitals in the final. Their triumph in UAE also got the monkey off their back as their previous campaign in the country was not up to the mark. In the process, Mumbai Indians also defended their title, becoming only the second team to do so.

Rohit Sharma, the Mumbai Indians captain, has been brilliant for the side. It is under his captaincy that the franchise have won the IPL a record number of times.
