Hardik Pandya Receives Iconic Gift from Manchester United Club

After having a hectic few months for India and the Mumbai Indians, star all-rounder Hardik Pandya is currently enjoying his leisure time. He was the highest wicket-taker for the Mumbai Indians in the recently concluded Indian Premier League. However, his efforts were not enough as the 3-time champions failed to qualify for the playoffs. He was not quite at his best with the bat. However, he played a gutsy knock against Test debutants Afghanistan. Coming into the crease after the fall of a few wickets, Hardik scored 71. He also impressed with the ball despite not managing consistent wickets.

Hardik has been one of the coolest cricketers around. He has time and again changed his hairstyle. It has become more of a trend for Pandya to sport a new look every time he takes the field during a new series. The dashing all-rounder has received a memorable gift from the Manchester United and their Global Sponsor Gulf Oil.

He was given an autographed Man U jersey and the cricketers were delighted after receiving the unexpected git. Pandya will play a big role in India’s upcoming tour of England. The Men in Blue are slated to play 3 ODI’s, 3 T20I’s and 5 Tests. He has been an integral part of the Indian set up in all 3 formats of the game. His all-round abilities have lent the ideal balance to the team. However, the youngster should maintain his calm in the next season for India.

Pandya also thanked the iconic football club and the Global sponsorers. He posted a picture of himself receiving the framed jersey. “A big thank you to @gulfoil.india and @manchesterunited for this iconic gift!  This is going straight up on my wall!#SportingGulf,” Hardik captioned. He will be looking for a good series in England. He hasn’t been tested in difficult conditions and England could turn out to be a defining one in Pandya’s career.
