After returning to the commentary box during the limited-overs series against Windies, renowned commentator Harsha Bhogle has delivered another good news for the cricket fans as he confirmed his comeback on Star Sports for the upcoming limited-overs series against Australia.
The ace commentator took to Twitter to announce the news as he tweeted: “Very excited at joining the commentary team for #INDvsAUS. Looking forward to a really good series.”

One of the best cricket commentators in the country, Bhogle mysteriously stopped commentating in the international games after last year’s ICC T20 World Cup 2016 when he was criticised by many for favouring the opposition players. The likes of MS Dhoni and Amitabh Bachchan had led the criticism against the ace commentator.
T 2184 – With all due respects, it would be really worthy of an Indian commentator to speak more about our players than others all the time.

But he returned to action earlier this year during the Indian Premier League and is now looking all geared up to commentate in the upcoming series.
Meanwhile, the series will start with the One-Day International leg. The Men in Blue will take on Australia in five-match series starting on September 17 in Chennai before both the teams lock horns in the three-match T20I series.
