There is no doubt about the fact that Team India skipper Virat Kohli is very passionate about sporting tattoos.

Kohli has returned from South Africa recently after a successful tour of the Rainbow Nation. The star player visited Aliens Tattoo in Bandra on Saturday to get a new tattoo inked along with the God’s eye tattoo on his left shoulder.

“The man himself @virat.kohli at Aliens Tattoo Bandra. The humblest superstar I’ve ever met,” Allan Gois who was Kohli’s tattoo artist created the body art for Kohli captioned the picture on Instagram.

Captain Kohli is going through a stupendous form across all three formats of the game.

During the tour of South Africa, Kohli struck four centuries through the year. He was the only centurion in the Test series which India lost by a 2-1 margin.

Kohli’s form in the Rainbow Nation

Kohli was in red-hot form during the ODI series in South Africa. He scored 558 runs in six matches. The skipper also made the record for most runs in a bilateral series his own. He made batting look ridiculously easy. The tally of 558 runs also included three centuries and a half-century. After an interesting tour of South Africa, Kohli has been rested for the Nidahas Trophy in Sri Lanka starting from tomorrow. It will be a T20I tri-series also involving hosts Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Rohit Sharma will lead the team in his absence. There will be several changes in the playing XI given the fact that most of the top-notch players are on a rest.
