Following the fantastic series, the Pakistan experienced campaigner Sana Mir rises to the top of the ICC Women ODI Bowler Rankings. The right-arm off break bowler had a tremendous series by bagging as many as 7 wickets to her name. Despite losing the series, she was handed the man of the series award for her consistency in all the departments of the game.
Her 3/26, 1/37 and 3/53 figures in the series lifted her to the top of the MRF Tyres ICC Women ODI Bowler Rankings with a career-high 663 points. She was followed by the Australia Schutt with 660 points and the South African fast bowler Marizane Kapp with 643 points.
The other women to be advanced in the ICC rankings chart is Ashleigh Gardner. She moved up to a career-best No.17 (up nine spots) among bowlers as a result, and also to No.50 with a jump of eight spots in the list for batters.
Meanwhile, the skipper of Australia Meg Lanning had a brilliant outing in Kaula Lumpur. Riding on her blistering century, she solidified her place at the 2nd position to stay with 675 points to her name.
Her teammate Elysse Perry is at the top of the table with 681 points to her name. Nicole Bolton misser herself in the top 10 list after having an ordinary tour. She is dropped down to 16th in the list while Allysa Healy went up 2 places.
For Pakistan, Nahida Khan, who was consistent for the team stood at 25th in the ICC batting charts. All in all, the series had a major impact on the rankings of the players, as they performed brilliantly.
